Polonia Hotel then and now

Polonia Hotel was built at the beginning of the 20th century and since then it has had not only many different names but also different owners. For years it has undergone many renovation works as a result of which its height was changing. In the 1970s, arcades were built along the building facade which now would be built up. They will be replaced with service premises and shops and in the corner part of the hotel, a bar will be opened. Another bar and a restaurant are also to be located on the upper floors of the building.

High standard

The investor who repurchased the hotel from a Łódź company, Eko-Vit, intends to carry out its major refurbishment. The hotel underground will change significantly after the renovation as a swimming pool will be built there. We will also see a fresh look and new equipment in all 90 rooms.
