Japanese concern, Nippon Seiki, will invest in Ksawerów

Japanese investor, automotive company Nippon Seiki, will invest over PLN 80 million in the coming years in the Łódź Special Economic Zone, in Ksawerów. Nippon Seiki is yet another – after Miele – foreign manufacturer which decided to choose Ksawerów.

By 2023, the company will have built an advanced factory near Łódź. The factory will produce HUDs (Head-Up-Display) – digital and analogue gauges for cars and motorcycles. This is one of the things that Nippon Seiki is known for. The Japanese company is a direct supplier for the manufacturers of: Porsche, BMW, Daimler, Audi, or jaguar and Land Rover. The construction of the factory will cost around PLN 80 million and it will be the first production investment of the company in Poland. In the new factory, at least 80 people will find employment. 

The Japanese company has operated since 1946. Initially, it dealt with the production of car clocks and speedometers. Currently, it has factories and maintenance centres in Japan, USA, Brazil, Mexico, the Netherlands, Great Britain, Thailand, Indonesia, India, Taiwan, and China. In total, it employs around 15 thousand people. The Polish factory will be the third production investment of Nippon Seiki in Europe.
