The city would like to obtain largest portion of money, that is PLN 4.1 billion, for investments related to transport. It is important for the Łódź authorities to both connect the main roads to motorways and to modernise the streets of housing estates. Public communication will be continuously developed – among others, new buses and trams will be purchased. The plans include also the construction of Park&Ride park spaces, repairs of flyovers, and integration of urban transportation with the Łódź Metropolitan Railway.

Activities for housing estates rank second in terms of the value of projects. The scope of the investment covers, among others, creating new green areas (parks, green squares, playgrounds and sports fields), renovation of tenement houses and streets, and construction of pavements.

In the next perspective, a great emphasis will be placed also on the environmental protection, among others on fight against smog. The value of ecological projects is over half a billion zlotys. There are investments planned also in the areas such as sports and recreation, culture and heritage, and human capital and smart city. In each of the areas, the city wants to implement investments worth around PLN 200 million.
