The warehouse, built in the cross-dock system, will have twice the number of gates of a warehouse in the standard layout, thanks to which re-loading operations will be considerably improved. The cooperation between Segro and JAS-FBG S.A. enables both a short period for development of the new building and
a limited time for the very transaction process and design work. Due to the strategic location, Łódź is
a very good place for warehouse facilities, and thus for companies from the transport and logistics sector. The proximity of the motorway interchange and a good urban public transport infrastructure is more and more appreciated by both Polish and foreign investors who look for a place to conduct their business. The building is expected to be commissioned later this year.
