The opening ceremony of the exhibition, apart from the Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia, His Excellency Samvel Mkrtchian, was also attended by Her Excellency Clémentine Shakembo Kamanga, the Ambassador of the Republic of Congo and Daniyar Seidaliyev from the Embassy of Kazakhstan, as well as representatives of the local government.

Mateusz Sipa, Deputy Director of the Bureau of Business Development and International Cooperation, handed over to the Honorary Consul, Mr. Rafał Choma, a letter from President of the City of Łódź Mrs. Hanna Zdanowska.

The exhibition is entitled "My Armenia" and is the work of Armenian photographers: Garegin Aghabekyan, Vahagna Grigoryan, Gevorg Zurnachyan. In more than fifty photos, they showed Armenia's beautiful, diverse landscapes, as well as the richness of it's culture and history. In the pictures you can admire vast steppes, high mountains, waterfalls and gorges, unforgettable views that encourage you to visit this beautiful country.

The exhibition is the first event organized at the Honorary Consulate of Armenia in Łódź, after it's recent opening at the end of last year and assuming the post of consul by Mr. Rafał Choma.
