Dendrological inventory – prepared by Marek Kubacki, Sc.B. – Expert Dendrologist of the Polish Society of Tree Surgeons, Expert of the Association of Gardening Technicians and Engineers, Supervisor of the Polish Society of Tree Surgeons. The prepared document contains a detailed analysis of the condition of trees and recommendations for care.

Geotechnical survey report – prepared by GEOTEST Sp. z o.o. It contains the results of field studies, conclusions and recommendations.

Environmental inventory – prepared by Biuro Usług Przyrodniczych BIO-EKSPERT Beata Studzińska. It contains a description of elements of the natural environment (plant communities and natural habitats of animals) in areas of the planned exhibition.

Archive search – carried out by Dorota Sikora, Ph.D., state archivist. The analysis covered the area of the 3rd of May Park in Lodz. The objective was to identify historical changes in this area. The prepared document presents the obtained cartographic and iconographic records as well as written sources.
