We invite you for another walk with EXPO!

This Sunday (22.09) we invite you for another walk with Green EXPO. In these last days of summer, we will get to know the popular Herring Park.

At the end of the walk there will be an additional attraction waiting for you - Tai Chi classes with a professional instructor. Together with the trainer you will do simple, relaxing and strengthening basic exercises as well as Chi Kung Tai Chi - a set of twelve energy exercises derived from the Chinese Taijiquan art, Yang style.

The art of focus

Tai Chi is an effective method of working with the body and mind. It is usually associated with the art of self-defense. But thanks to the combination of body movement and conscious breathing, it is also a great way to relax the body and mind. Tai Chi exercises can have a beneficial effect on joint and spine pains and have a positive effect on the circulatory system and lung function. There are no age restrictions, we invite everyone! Own exercise mats are not necessary - good mood and willingness to learn is all you need.

We meet on September 22 (Sunday) at 15:00 at the former tram depot at Północna Street.
