A great advantage of Łódź is its central location. The city is situated both in the central part of Poland and of Europe, as a result of which “everything is close-by”.
Not too far away from Łódź there is the intersection of two main highways: A1 and A2, which constitute part of the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T) that connects the Western and Eastern side of Europe, and the Baltic states with the southern part of the continent.

The New Centre of Łódź (NCŁ) is a modern area at the heart of the city combining business, cultural, commercial, and transportation functions. With work underway, an area of nearly 100 ha in the city centre is subject to wide-spread revitalisation.
