FIFA U-20 World Cup Poland 2019

Poland had the honour to organize the 22nd tournament of the FIFA U-20 World Cup. The event startd on 23 May, and ended on 15 June 2019. The tournament under the aegis of the FIFA took place in our country for the first time.

Twenty-four teams - including Poland as a host - fighted for the title of the world champion. Fifty-two matches were played at stadiums in six cities: Bielsko-Biała, Bydgoszcz, Gdynia, Lodz, Lublin and Tychy. Both the opening game and the final were held in Lodz. Poland played own group matches here too.
