Paid Parking
Dear Driver,
During an inspection in the Paid Parking Zone in Łódź we have found your vehicle parked there without the required fee.
Pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. LX/1803/22 of the Łódź City Council of 1 June 2022, you are required to pay a fee of 200 PLN to the account of the Roads and Transport Authority (Zarząd Dróg i Transportu) specified in the "Request for Proof of Payment of Parking Fee in the Paid Parking Zone in Łódź" left behind the vehicle windscreen wiper, within 14 days from the date of the inspection.
Please include the document number and your vehicle registration number in the transfer title. For the purposes of this process, the date of payment shall be understood as the date of crediting the due amount to the Roads and Transport Authority's bank account.

If you have a proof of payment of the parking fee that was valid at the time of the inspection, you may send it to the following address: Zarząd Dróg i Transportu ul. Tuwima 36, 90-002 Łódź or via e-mail to zdit@zdit.uml.lodz.pl. You may also visit the Service Point at the Roads and Transport Authority building, which is open from 8:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, as well as from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesdays.

Legal basis: Article 13f of the Act of 21 March 1985 on Public Roads and Resolution No. LX/1803/22 of the Łódź City Council of 1 June 2022 establishing a paid vehicle parking zone on public roads in Łódź, parking fees in the zone and their collection.
Any unpaid fees are subject to compulsory collection in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 17 June 1966 on administrative debt collection procedures. According to Article 40d(3) of the Public Roads Act, the fees may be collected for a period of 5 years, starting from the end of the calendar year in which they should have been paid.
