It will have a walkway with greenery, restaurants, cafes, wineries, car parks, a museum, theatre, amphitheatre and a city gallery. It is the second large – after Manufaktura – investment in Łódź.

The Monopolis complex will have 29 thousand square metres of useful floor area including 24 thousand square metres of office space. It will be housed in both the old, former factory buildings and in two new ones which will be built as part of second and third stage of the construction works. The investor planned the completion of next stages until 2020.
