Giant logistics centre

Panattoni Europe is a leader of industrial real estate market in Europe. It is responsible for the construction of the Central European Logistics Hub with a target area of 600,000 m2, which is going to contribute to the creation of the New Łódź Industrial Region. The centre will be located at the A1 motorway, at ul. Jędrzejowska. The location of the facility in central Poland will enable access to the intersection of European east-west and north-south routes.

By building the complex, Łódź is going back to its industrial roots, with a modern network of warehouses and manufacturing facilities.

Further tenants

We already know some of the companies that decided to cooperate with Panattoni Europe and move into the Central European Logistics Hub. They include BSH Household Appliances with its own logistics centre, Media Expert with a distribution centre, and SMYK – with a distribution centre and an online store.
