What will we find at Piotrkowska 155? A particularly important place for visitors in Łódź will surely be Hotel Hampton by Hilton. It is already known that among companies which will occupy the space are: Starbucks, Just GYM, HEBE, Delikatesy Fabryczne, Piekarnia Nowakowski, Żabka and Apteka Europejska. 

Let us remind that the entire construction project includes erecting three buildings. Hotel Hilton is to offer 149 rooms on 7 floors of the building which will be connected to a 19-floor tower. This one, similarly as the third, 5-floor building, will comprise an office space of the highest level – in total, 21 thousand sqm.

In December last year, the construction of the last section of the foundation slab – the highest tower and the second floor of the hotel – was completed. The work completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2020.
