Łódź, located at a close distance from the capital city, has a chance to become in the nearest future an equally attractive space for investors as Warsaw. This scenario will be possible thanks to the fact that Poland, according to FTSE Russell, has joined the group of developed countries and with its real estate market maturity it is becoming increasingly similar to the West European countries. More and more foreign investors are interested in the commercial real estate market in Poland, and since Warsaw is in this regard a strongly saturated space, Łódź will be the one to benefit from it.
A relatively high standard of living in Łódź, coupled with lower costs of living makes the main city of the Łódź Region soon become almost equally attractive, but considerably cheaper alternative for Warsaw.
