Warehouse spaces have increased and currently they are approx. 16.5 million m². The market maintains a very high dynamics of growth, and it its confirmed by the record-high number of warehouse spaces under construction – 2.16 million m².

From January to March 2019, an excellent result was also recorded in terms of new supply. 8% more space was put into use in comparison to previous years, that is 600,000 m². The regions of Warsaw, Central Poland and Lower Silesia were most popular among the tenants. High dynamics of the market encourages entrepreneurs from all over the world to invest in warehouse and industrial real property in Poland.
