The building has undergone a major reconstruction and now it serves the residents of Łódź as an office complex. The investor added, among others, a second floor over the part that used to serve as a gym and a two-floor part of the building from the east side. The office space in the complex increased to as many as 400 square metres and was let entirely. The tenants are: GOPET POLAND and Welcome Digital.

The building was built in 1914. In 1921, the property was bought by “Towarzystwo Akcyjne Wyrobów Bawełnianych Karola Scheiblera” (“Joint Stock Society of Cotton Products of Karol Scheibler”). After the Second World War, it was used as a primary school, and then as a special needs school.
