Until the offices are not filled with tenants, the space is made available to artists. When companies move to Stara Drukarnia in autumn, the function of a publicly accessible art gallery will be taken over by the office lounge. The office building is the work of an anonymous group of Łódź residents who decided to do something for their city.

The post-industrial character of the building was preserved. Windows are also a characteristic feature of Stara Drukarnia. They are divided into nine parts and one of the glass parts is always slightly coloured thanks to which sunlight creates a colourful mosaic  on the floor on sunny days. Murals will also be created inside the building.
