The City Gate Project nominated in the Prime Property Prize 2019 competition

The City Gate Project – two 15-storey buildings with the total surface area of almost 44 square metres was nomi-nated in the Prime Property Prize 2019 competition in the Architecture category. The buildings are located in the city centre, at ul. Kilińskiego 66 in the New Centre of Łódź. The City Gate, thanks to its elevation, matches the fac-tory nature of the city.

The Prime Property Prize competition is aimed at distinguishing companies and projects which in the previous year played the leading role on the commercial property market. Additionally, people who contributed to the development of the entire sector are also awarded.

In the competition, readers of PropertyNews.pl and PropertyDesign.pl websites give their votes. The voting will last until 3 September. The competition results and award ceremony will take place on 11 September during the official Prime Property Prize 2019 Gala.
