The road will be built almost exactly where the Hasa Street is located. Between the power plant and mBank office building there will be a ramp leading to the underground street. The road will lead you to the roundabout located under Rodzina Scheiblerów Avenue. Along the entire length of the newly designed road, there will be seven exits with access to underground car parks of the surrounding office buildings. The street will also provide access to a car park, which will be designed and built by the Contractor as part of the investment. The car park will be built under the market of the New Centre.

The works will be divided into two phases. The works will begin underground (with partial access to the office buildings). Then it will be carried out above the ground. The road is expected to be completed in 2020.
