A Man, A Robot, A Process – these are the elements that are to accompany the three themes of the BSS Forum. This year, the organizers decided to depart from standard discussion panels – instead, participants can anticipate “Power of Speech” type presentations and numerous visions for the development of such areas as: Process Excellence, Lean, Employer Branding, sales, brand image on the Internet, application of game theory in business, automatization and robotization. Speakers will include, among others, Elias van Herwaarden from Deloitte and Roman Lubaczewski from PwC.
The BSS Forum will culminate with a Gala during which we will announce the results of the Outsourcing Stars competition and award prestigious statuettes for the most dynamically developing companies from the BSS sector and the institutions supporting its environment in 2018.
The theme of the event fits in with the Duopolis concept – currently the largest infrastructure project in Europe, which is why the attendees of the Tuesday breakfast had an additional opportunity to learn more about this topic. The establishment of Duopolis provides an opportunity of looking at Łódź from a completely different perspective and no longer seeing it merely as a single, though significant and large urban centre, but as a part of a powerful agglomeration formed by two business and at the same time academic Cities from the central part of Poland, which are perfectly connected and offer many opportunities for the development of the BSS sector in Europe.
