For our Client, a well-know brand we are looking for candidates for a Senior Operations Manager position.

Main tasks:

- Tracking business unit performance as well as leading and challenging management
- Exercising control over the implementation of business objectives by subordinate units and coordinating work related to ensuring high quality of services;
- Designing and implementing a development strategy to increase productivity, service level as well as assure possibilities for further expansion;
- Recommending solutions leading to the optimization of processes in the organization;
- Empowering a continuous improvement culture;
- Budget planning;
- Participating in SSC projects including overseeing transition projects aiming to move new business functions to the SSC;
- Building a corporate culture in which all employees are respected, valued and motivated to contribute to their maximum potential;
- Developing and implementing an effective internal communication strategy;
- Building relationships with stakeholders and Clients;
- Close cooperation with the Head of SSC.

Requirements:
- Strong organizational and analytical skills;
- Exceptional decision making skills and result-oriented approach;
- Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities;
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization;
- Relevant experience in a managing role on a senior level within an international organization;
- Experience in the SSC / BPO environment;
- Fluency in English;
- University degree
