Key responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, coordinate, promote, and enhance the learning environment and learning culture


• Ensure continuous competence improvement through enabling the needed learning solutions. Cooperate with internal and external learning providers


• Participate in gathering training needs from the business


• Support employees and managers with training and development queries and training administration, act as a local point for managing day-to-day L&D queries


• Participate in projects and initiatives related to the training and development of employees


• Conduct internal trainings


• Support the Talent Management process in cooperation with the HRMs and HRBP's


• Cooperate with EMEA Learning & Development team

Wymagania

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferred Business and Management, Psychology, HR Management, Sociology)


• Minimum 5 years of relevant Training/Learning & Development, Performance Management experience in multinational environment in the industrial company


• English level: advanced is a must


• Knowledge of training methodology and best practices as well as good understanding of HR processes


• Experience in Talent Planning & Succession Planning processes


• Credible experience in relationship management with business managers and HR professionals


• Intermediate to advanced level on Microsoft programs with a readiness to learn new programs


• Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills


• Experience in conducting the trainings will be an asset


• Strong team player who can remain positive during challenging assignments and balance priorities when necessary
