An international company with advanced structures and opportunities for development is looking for candidates for the position of IT Support Consultant with French.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing first line technical support to the contacting customers through the emails and telephone;
- Solving simple technical problems (password generation, creating a group of accounts, verification of accounts, Windows, MS Office, ...);
- Providing information about the IT products ordered by users;
- Registering incoming requests with an appropriate indication of their priority;
- Contacting with experts;
- Forwarding unresolved cases to the second line support.

Requirements:
- Very good French (min. B2);
- Good English (min. B1);
- Willingness to work and commitment;
- Ability to relocate to Poland;
- Knowledge of MS Office.
