Responsibilities include:

- providing second line support,
- solving problems regarding internal applications and systems,
- software installations and repairing / configuration of workstations,
- connecting devices,
- registration / classifying incoming requests with an appropriate indication of their priority.

Requirements:
- Fluent German,
- Good knowledge of English - as an advantage,
- Knowledge of IT such as computer construction, systems installation,
- experience on a similar position (or work on the first line of technical support) would be an advantage,
- willingness to work and commitment,
