About this opportunity

 


Welcome to the People Direct Poland team which is part of People Direct family in Group People (HR). We add value by providing first class support for Nordea employees with all of their HR related questions.  As 2nd Line support, you’ll play a valuable role in employee journey, in which customers are our employees. You will be considered as the firm’s front liner and you will solve HR related issues within HR processes & tools and provide support for all the employee across the whole Nordea. The goal is to make sure that employee value is maintained to the standards set forth by the company.


 


What you’ll be doing:



  • Second line level of support to employees on different levels of company structure, with HR related topics (mainly to the Polish part of the organisation)

  • Taking ownership and responsibility for Nordea ordinances and regulations

  • Overseeing payroll processes and take active participation in payroll connected projects

  • Taking part in employee-related & system maintenance related Projects

  • Handling People Related issues with public administration representatives

  • Taking responsibility for collaboration with Nordea vendors and service providers


You’ll join a team consisting of passionate, ambitious and ready to take action colleagues. Team is focused on development and providing employee service with the highest quality & service culture. The role is based in Łódź, Cross Point building.

Your experience and background:  



  • Good communication skills in English (B2/C1 level in speaking & writing)

  • Customer service orientation

  • Strong communication skills

  • Background of experience in Nordea internal systems

  • Proven work experience as an HR Specialist (preferably 5 years)
