Develops, implements, and monitors company occupational health and safety (OH&S) programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulations from any regulating authority.

• Provide operational support to the site leadership team to ensure the compliance of environmental, health & safety management system


• Lead the investigation of accidents, injuries, and other EHS incidents and facilitates corrective action to prevent future occurrence


• Develop, review, and update EHS procedures, records and other management systems documents including, but not limited to, emergency preparedness, building risk assessments, and other H&S required documentation, statutory and group reporting


• Routinely inspects work areas for EHS hazards and identifies improvement opportunities


• Maintain company ISO 45001 management system certification


• Communicate safety requirements to the organization in an effective way and creates safety awareness throughout sites

Wymagania

• Recognized formal Health and Safety Qualifications


• Very good English language skills are required


• At least 3-5 years’ experience in the area of Health & Safety


• Solid  background in production environment


• Very good communication & interpersonal skills with “can do” attitude


• Recognized formal OHS qualifications in accordance with the requirements of Polish legislation.

• Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage change


• Ability to effectively work with all levels of management and to clearly present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, peers, and customers
