Opis stanowiska

• Responsible for establishing from the beginning production planning and work preparation activities from order entry to customer delivery (including material planning, production norms and routines’ times, job sequences etc.);


• Initiates and implements improvements to production planning processes and supporting systems;


• Updates the production Key Performance Indicator report and identifies risk areas;


• Ensure work preparation and planning is done to ensure compliance with quality processes and specifications;


• Updates the master production plan of any extraordinary changes in the level of manufacturing materials to ensure optimum inventory level is maintained;


• Defines the terms of product delivery and gives advice to other departments.

Wymagania

• Technical University degree;


• Minimum 4 years of experience in the area of production planning in manufacturing area (preferably in international company);


• Well organized and independent person, who can solve problems and propose pragmatic solutions;


• Very good communication skills and collaborative approach;


• Fluency in reading drawings and technical documentation;


• Extensive experience in ERP system (preferably SAP);


• Very good command of English and Polish;


• Experience in participating in setting up new initiative will be an asset;


• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, especially in areas of production and material planning is an asset;


• Ready for occasional business trips (including international one).
