Warehouse and industrial real estat

Benefiting from its central location at the intersection of the main transportation and traffic routes, Łódź together with the surrounding region (areas up to 60 km from Łódź, including among others Stryków, Piotrków Trybunalski and Rawa Mazowiecka) is one of the most sought-after warehouse and industrial locations in Poland. With a total of 3 000 000 sqm  of a modern industrial stock in 2020, it is also third market in Poland. 

Due to the fact that the geographic distribution of the logistic real estate stock is directly related to the availability of a well-developed road infrastructure, in most cases warehouses are located next to motorways, in particular next to motorway junctions. However, what differentiates the Łódź from almost all other regional logistic markets is the fact that nearly 25% of the existing stock is located within the city limits.

Łódź offers convenient access both to motorways and to public transport. Besides the obvious advantages for the logistic sector, the perfect communication an the ease of commuting positively affects and increases the availability of labour force.
