WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

• 3 - 5 years of IT professional experience including min. 1-2 years in a similar position


• Good understanding of Windows/Linux software installation processes


• Basic understanding of the C/C++ or other programming language


• Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility to the customer


• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritise


• Pragmatic approach to technical solutions


• Communication skills that allow you to share your expertise in a understandable way, also to high-level customer


• Possess excellent command of English


• Proficient in Excel

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN MOBICA:

• Work directly with our clients to advise and recommend solutions based on the understood requirements


• Analyze complex production environments and make recommendations for proper products selection


• Able to document and present complex architectures for the customers technical and business teams


• Work closely with our product development team to help enhance own products portfolio functionality


• Building effective relationships with customer  to enable timely and quality deliverables


• Understanding and anticipating client requirements; identifying needs based on relevant applications and emerging business and technology trends within the industry


• Designing, describing and presenting solutions that meet client requirements


• Preparing multiple design options addressing customer needs and explaining their pros and cons


• Work with global client and team
