Opis stanowiska

• Support Supply Chain & Operations Management Team focusing on reporting, provision of information, operational data analysis, etc.
• Support monthly/quarterly meeting processes including help with preparation of performance review presentations/action follow up
• Establish and maintaining Service & Production scorecards including data collection & reporting
• Prepare and consolidate data to analyse progress/support delivery of Operational and Supply Chain Work Stream priorities
• Work with operational teams to extract data and standardize basis of presentation and calculation
• Support the annual budget setting process and consolidate input from all operations
• Work with Finance–Controlling team based in Lodz to extract/provide financial data as required
• Administration of divisional Lotus Notes and other databases
• Communicate to all levels of management, providing timely and pertinent feedback

Wymagania

• Accounting, Business Management, technical degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels of organization with very good command of English
• Ability to work as a member of a team or individually as required
• Business driven mindset
• Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office; Oracle HFM system and SAP R/3 Business Warehouse system will be an advantage
• Analytical and creative approach with the ability to balance long and short term goals
• Understanding of financial principles and interpretation of financial information
