Opis stanowiska

• Preparing monthly and quarterly reporting packages for Global and Local BU;


• Preparing and analyze financial information using Abacus Analyzer for preparation of actual, forecast and budget reporting;


• Summarizing information and prepare reports, graphs and charts. Analyzing trends affecting various financial and business activities;


• Supporting implementation projects related to process improvement;


• Self-development of automated and semi-automated analytical tools;


• Participating in ad-hoc projects and reporting;


• Working closely with LBU and PG controllers, BU management team and Group functions on such matters as reporting and monitoring, developing procedures, providing additional information and analysis etc.;


• Follow up activities within LBU according to LBU instructions;


• Running daily controlling activities for Global Engineering Center.

Wymagania

• University degree (preferably in finance & accounting, economics, econometrics, IT/IS or mathematics);


• At least 1 year of professional experience in Finance & Accounting with basic knowledge of controlling and reporting;


• Excellent command of the English language (both spoken and written);


• Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, MS Excel with knowledge of cubevalue formula, macros and VBA etc.);


• Excellent analytic thinking, problem structuring and problem solving skills;


• Ability to independently plan and organize work;


• Ability to deliver results to deadlines and to handle stress;


• Ability to work under extreme time pressure;


• Superior attention to details as well as an almost compulsive need for accuracy;


• Good communication skills, dynamics and pro-activity in action;


• Strong team player.
