Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation and delivery of all payroll related data.
  • Cooperate closely with our external provider on processing payroll requests.
  • Review payroll reports for accuracy and make necessary corrections.
  • Report into finance by having a faithful relationship with all other departments, especially HR.
  • Dealing with queries from employees and local authorities on payroll related issues.

 

 

Job Qualifications include:

  • Payroll experience or similar a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with data entry, with high levels of accuracy
  • Knowledge of benefit plans, bargaining agreements and payroll systems a plus
  • Must have ability for multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must demonstrate ability to be flexible and work with remote teams
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Very good knowledge of German, French or Dutch
