Opis stanowiska

• analyse and resolve incident tickets from users on a daily basis.
• monitor interfaces/batches, analyse issues and dispatch them to the relevant teams.
• liase with team of ABAP developers and Application Delivery Team located abroad.
• ensure that assignments get resolved, tested and approved according to the procedures.

Wymagania

• previous experience within application maintenance or/and application support gained in international environment.
• good SAP FI/CO skills and knowledge.
• very good English skills.
• University degree.
• experience with ITIL processes and systems.
