Opis stanowiska

For one of our Clients, a pharmaceutical industry leader, we are currently seeking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Analyst in a Procurement Department.

Wymagania

Your responsibilities will be as follows: 

You will create monthly performance reports in line with the relevant SLA and will be accountable for creation and maintenance of a monthly reporting schedule and work instructions.

You will be ensuring that collection and collation of data is delivered on time each month in the format required and tracking the overall performance against forecasts/plans.

You will be also involved in error and exceptions handling as arising from the reporting process.

Last but not least you will be asked for data and metrics preparation as they may relate to spend, savings, transaction volumes, cycle times etc.

IN CASE YOU ARE:

Excel advanced with technical mind and analytical skills and at the same time you encounter no difficulties when it comes to communicating in English (min. B2), then you shall consider applying to our job offer!

Exposure to SAP, Ariba environment will be highly appreciated!
 
If you have some experience in procurement (internship, employment episode) it will be a nice additive!
