For international manufacturing company located in Lodz we are seeking candidates for the position of Mobility Specialist.

Responsibilities:
- support of employment and delegating of foreigners (legalization of stay, work permit).
- preparation of documentation related to foreigners employment and termination of employment.
- monitoring of administrative proceedings.
- control of visa validity, residence card, work permit and other documents related to foreigners stay and work in Poland.
- contact with state authorities in regards to prolonging foreigners employment in the company.
- coordinate the process of renting flats for foreigners (contact with flat owner, media costs accounting, documentation).
- participation in foreigners relocation.

Requirements:
- previous experience on similar position gained in international company.
- practical knowledge of regulations related to legalization of work and residence in Poland.
- very good knowledge of English and Polish.
- MS Office skills (especially MS Excel – pivot table, formulas).
- good interpersonal skills, proactivity and reliability.
