Currently, our Client – one of the largest and fastest growing company specialized in providing solutions for the healthcare - is looking for Finance Director.

The successful Candidate will be responsible for managing all operational, strategic finance and accounting operations for the company, ensuring proper control of company and its subsidiaries through business reviews, business process reviews in area of accountant, financial reporting, financial controlling, treasury and group liquidity management, intercompany sales and transfer pricing and work with Business Line Managers to standardize and improve performance. His scope of duties will also cover coordinating the process of preparing of cyclical financial and business reports for the external and internal reporting include reporting to Parent Company, reviewing departmental performance against budget and providing management information on all areas of cost and revenue as requested and providing extensive business and commercial support to local and group management so that business decisions can be taken effectively, monitoring and analyzing the business / financial KIPs and providing leadership for the team of finance and subordinates including training, coaching and development.

We are looking for a person with an ability to think strategically, who has minimum 6 years of professional experience in progressive finance roles, with at least 4 years' experience in a similar role (previous Big 4 Experience is highly desired). Professional qualification (ACCA) is a plus. Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English is a must. We are looking for Candidates with initiative, self-motivation, who are team players and leaders - contribute to team discussions and problem solving. The perfect Candidate should has an experience in large multinational organization with strong focus on group reporting.
