Wymagania

About you

• have previous management experience from high volume retail or multi-unit food service industry and your interest in the food is genuine,


• have an experience in creating and implementing action plans, setting budgets and meeting and following up on goals,


• have the motivation and drive to make people perform, deliver, learn and develop through a strong sense of togetherness,


• are fluent in written and spoken English and Polish,


• are excited about working in unknown environment,


• can think out of the box and you are not afraid of and learning from your mistakes,


• have a passion for people and working interpedently.

About the job
 
IKEA Food Manager ensures that IKEA Food is the heart of the store by attracting visitors to the IKEA store encouraging them to stay longer, enjoy more and return again. You do this through your ability and passion to lead people and business together.
 
About the assignment:

• ensuring our guests are always in focus, initiating a constant dialogue and taking actions to improve the customer experience,


• contributing in the creation of the IKEA store business plan,


• establishing and maintaining IKEA Food as a marketing tool by creating a unique Swedish profile combined with local market needs,


• ensuring a relevant IKEA Food offer by combining and driving range presentation, volume and commercial priorities,


• promoting a safety first culture and ensuring that routines are known by colleagues and followed in all daily work.
