Opis stanowiska

• Participating in starting up new production line;


• Defining and executing investment plans;


• Designing and improving production layouts;


• Preparing technical documentation and trainings to ensure high quality processes;


• Ensuring efficiency by improving the process technology systems, machines, as well as availability of equipment;


• Cooperating with customers and suppliers;


• Continuous collaboration with designers in order to make changes in product designs if needed;


• Troubleshooting of quality and performance of the manufacturing process issues;


• Implementing Operational Excellence (Lean Manufacturing 5S, Kaizen, Single Piece Flow) in the process and production;


• Cooperating with engineers and operational functions in ABB factories in Europe.

Wymagania

• Technical University degree (preferred engineering or production management);


• At least 3 years of working experience on similar position in manufacturing company;


• Familiar with modern production methods and improvement tools;


• Ability to read technical drawings;


• Experience in technology/production transfers projects will be an asset;


• Focused on results, excellent organization of own work;


• Very good command of English and Polish language;


• Computer skills (MS Office, AutoCad and optionally SAP);


• Willingness to frequent business trips (including several months of training abroad);


• Driving license.
