Opis stanowiska

• Maintaining constant contact with managers regarding production, costs and customer orders;


• Overseeing the business planning and forecasting process for the area of responsibility and serves as the interface to Product Group Managers/Local Division Manager;


• Evaluating financial implications of various strategic decisions, builds scenarios and recommends actions;


• Monitoring progress achieved and providing insight and analysis to support operational decisionmaking;


• Executing risk review procedures and processing in line with global policies and standards to minimize commercial and financial risks and exposure;


• Ensuring high quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules;


• Supporting internal and external audits;


• Ensuring timely and efficient communication with relevant Local/Country/Division/Region Controllers, Accounting Center, and other internal customers.

Wymagania

• University degree (preferably in finance & accounting, economics, econometrics, IT/IS or mathematics);


• At least 5 years of professional experience on similar position;


• Fluency in SAP will be an advantage;


• Excellent command of the Polish language (both spoken and written);


• Excellent command of the English language (both spoken and written);


• Excellent analytic thinking, problem structuring and problem solving skills;


• Ability to independently plan and organize work;


• Ability to deliver results to deadlines and to handle stress;


• Good communication skills, dynamics and pro-activity in action;


• Strong team player.
