Opis stanowiska

• Establishing proper process of technology for new production line dealing with international environment;


• Emphasizing from the beginning the role of continuous improvement of production processes in order to increase efficiency, improve customer service and increase the productivity;


• Ensuring proper process of operational planning, technical documentation preparation and manufacturing with focus on customer expectations and quality;


• Supervising OHS regulations implementation and promoting health, safety and environmental regulations while monitoring and reporting progress and results;


• Providing the best process standards and making sure quality is never compromised;


• Building partnerships and professional relationships with customers and other ABB factories;


• Ensuring resources accordingly to the hiring plan, supervising their adequate introduction and development;


• Managing of subordinate teams and maintaining positive attitude due to leadership best practices;


• Ensuring the highest standards in terms of communication and collaboration both within the managed area, and other organizational units in the Company;


• Preparing annual budget, overseeing progress, and determines actions to cost issues as necessary.

Wymagania

• Technical University degree (preferred mechanical or electrical field);


• Minimum 10 years of professional experience including at least 4-5 on a managerial position, preferably in an international manufacturing company;


• Documented leadership skills and proven track record in building interdisciplinary teams;


• Trustworthy person with appropriate level of seniority;


• Determined in reaching targets and present selfdriven and problem solving attitude;


• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing;


• Fluent in English and Polish, written and spoken;


• Experience in SAP or similar ERP system;


• Willingness to travel occasionally.
