When you're driving human progress through technology, having cutting-edge production processes and procedures is crucial. That's the remit of our Production Control team, which oversees the planning, forecasting, scheduling and monitoring of materials and orders through the production process. We approve quantities, schedules and parts lists provided to the material control organization and perform scheduling and material requirements using appropriate tools. As well as reviewing stock against project requirements, we estimate and record the production rates.

Wymagania

• Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data


• Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements


• Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects


• Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems


• Track KPIs and report on supply chain's performance


• Monitor and analyze cycle time of pre-production orders and WIP orders

• Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting will be an advantage


• Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. Inventory planning, warehouse management)


• 1+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience


• Excellent communication, writing and problem-solving skills.


• Working knowledge of MS Office, relational databases and ERP systems Database configuration


• VBA, RPA, intermediate skills and knowledge will be an advantage


• Good Polish and English knowledge

• Flexibility in working hours and strong drive for change


• Analytical mind with business acumen
