Opis stanowiska

• Act as the ABB technical lead for an engineering discipline on a project. Interacts with customers and officials, contractors, and others;


• Approves design deliverables and acts as the technical lead for an engineering discipline with the client;


• Prepare complete technical documentation for both customers and production team;


• Complete engineering assignments efficiently and cost-effectively and in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements;


• Assists in creating proposals for engineering projects or programs;


• Demonstrate solid technical proficiency in own competence area by performing a variety of technology and engineering assignments;


• Monitor progress, coordinates activities and resolves problems;


• Creates work plans and cost estimates for work in own area of responsibility;


• Follow-up of assembly and testing standards;


• Maintain safe working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations;


• Maintain Bill of Materials on local level.

Wymagania

• Higher technical education (mechanical engineering);


• Previous experience in project engineering (at least 2 years);


• Fluent in English language;


• Background in power electronics preferred;


• Strong results orientation;


• Good communication skills;


• Project Management experience is nice to have; 


• Previous experience with SAP preferred;


• Driving license.
