Opis stanowiska

• coordinate transition of processes from various European locations to SSC in Lodz.
• work closely with Transition Team and Business Functional Leads across various business units to design and execute the implementation of project plans related to process migration.
• provide professional expertise and define the best delivery model for the process.
• find improvement areas, drive efficiencies and simplification in the process, manage and resolve issues.
• ensure the quality, completeness and accuracy of the process documentation.

Wymagania

• 3 years of experience as Transition Lead/Manager and in leading transition projects as well as change management initiatives.
• 5 years of experience in SSC/BPO environment.
• previous experience in process design and improvement.
• understanding of process migration methodology.
• very good English skills.
• University degree.
• openness for frequent travelling.
