Opis stanowiska

• booking freight invoices as well as debit and credit notes (related to transport, extra costs) for all automated European SAP plants.
• processing purchase and sales orders.
• invoicing in SAP system.
• responsibility for answering questions and processing requests from suppliers and customers, handling claims.
• contract release management.
• responsibility for correspondence with suppliers and plants.

Wymagania

• 1-2 years of previous experience in the area of accounting and/or supply chain and/or logistics and/or order processing, gained in international company.
• very good English skills.
• SAP and Excel skills.
• University degree.
• service oriented and independent individual with good communication skills.
