• monitoring customer accounts and collection of overdue payments.
• daily phone and email contact with customers.
• responsibility for complex reconciliations.
• preparing documentation for legal actions.
• supporting Cash Forecast Team and Cash Allocation Team.

Wymagania

• previous experience in credit control area, gained in international environment.
• very good French and English skills.
• SAP and Excel skills.
• good communication skills.
