Opis stanowiska

• analyze technology, business and technical requirements,


• specify and implement complex software solutions,


• lead and/or conduct system integration,


• lead development & integration of components,


• contribute to the development. You manage your team in Łódź and work together with the “product owner” in translating the functional requirements into a technical design and implementation.

Wymagania

• master in Engineering or Computer Sciences,


• experience in Software development,


• experience with managing (small) teams Expert knowledge of OO development,


• expert knowledge of C#,


• strong affinity with Agile methodologies,


• experience in setting up an agile environment is a plus,


• Microsoft Visual Studio development environment ,


• Microsoft Team Foundation,


• you hold a flexible, pro-active and team work attitude,


• capable of working in a structured manner with an eye for quality and safety,


• you have good communication skills and you are capable to communicate with multiple levels in the organization,


• you are a solution and results-oriented individual with a good customer orientation.
