Opis stanowiska

For our client - a global company specializing in transport and logistics services, which in Lodz has its SSC center - we are looking for candidates for the position of the Customer Service Specialist with German.

Location: center of Lodz

Main duties:

 Contacting with German clients;
 Responding to email's and phone's inquiries in German,
 Supporting customers in the area of undelivered shipments,
 Completing documentation.

Wymagania

 Very good German language (min.B2),
 Good English language (min. B1),
 Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word)
 Communicativeness,
 Motivation to work.
