Opis stanowiska

• Develop and review project proposals and plans, working closely with management;


• Demonstrate solid technical proficiency in own competence area by performing a variety of technology and engineering assignments;


• Coordinate with a global team of functional experts and product management the schedule for product releases and the local implementation;


• Identify project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements;


• Determine project schedule by studying project plan and specification;


• Monitor progress, coordinates activities and resolves problems;


• Define replacement and disposition strategy for critical components (scrap, re-vamp, use until end);


• Follow-up of assembly and testing standards;


• Maintain safe working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations;


• Optimize BOM on local level, roll out via product release process and proposals to global teams;


• Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information and trends, recommends actions when required;


• Implement new product functionality with R&D function.

Wymagania

• Higher technical education (electrical engineering);


• Previous experience in project engineering (at least 2 years);-


• Background in power electronics preferred;


• Project Management experience is nice to have; 


• Fluent in English language;


• Previous experience with SAP preferred;


• Driving license;


• Strong results orientation;


• Good communication skills;
