Opis stanowiska

• Verification of contracts according to Polish Law and ABB Group rules;


• Preparation of draft documents (contracts, statements, We offer: proposals, resolutions etc.);


• Legal risk assessment related to contracts and projects and participation in risk review process;


• Preparation of other contract related documents and information;


• Supporting negotiations with customers and suppliers; 


• Responsibility for archiving of risk review documents and information;


• Reviewing of tender documentation; 


• Validation of contract's translations; 


• Cooperation with Legal Department and other ABB units; 


• Participation in other projects related to legal or organizational issues.

Wymagania

• University law degree;


• Minimum 5 years of experience in contractual risks assessment / management, contract drafting and checking and /or execution environment;


• Knowledge and experience in Polish Civil, Commercial and Public Procurement Law required for contractual support of domestic market projects; 


• Knowledge and experience in international contractual issues required for Support for Global OEM Accounts and EPC will be an asset;


• Knowledge of Labor and Litigation Law will be an asset;


• Excellent knowledge of Polish and English language (legal vocabulary);


• Proactive attitude, negotiations skills;


• Strong interpersonal abilities, team working skills;


• Ability to become a business partner.
