Opis stanowiska

• supporting the customer by phone, email, chat in the range of car rental;
• giving information about additional services (car insurance etc.);
• answering customers queries;
• administrating the data;

Wymagania

• German on the fluent level;
• English on the very good level (min. B2);
• experience in customer service would be an advantage but it is not necessary;
• very good interpersonal skills and positive attitude;
• availability for shift work (working hours: Mon-Fri 8-24 and Sat-Sun 8-19);
